These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You shall not enter the site under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Otherwise, Questroom AB reserves all rights and power to refuse service or your entry to the site.

All children under 18 years old must have a person taking full responsibility.

You shall be responsible to wear proper and sensible footwear and clothing.

In any event Questroom AB shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of your personal belongings, either within the site or outside of the site. Please make full use of the lockers provided. All items are left at your own risk.

You shall be solely responsible for your personal safety and state of health while you participate. Questroom AB advises that the game may be hazardous or risky to you and you shall be duly informed and understand the underlying risk or hazard of the game.

While you are on the premises, you must ensure to conform to our rules and regulations, adopt reasonable behavior, and cooperate with our employees having security responsibilities.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Questroom AB is entitled to charge the guests for any damage which is intentional or caused by misuse of items e.g. force or wire pulling. .

PRICES

All the prices listed on the webpage correspond to one game session with a maximum duration of 60 minutes and are shown in SEK.

All additional services not included in the initial reservation will be added separately.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the reservation is made.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations placed online are processed in real-time and are subject to availability. The reservation will not be considered complete until a confirmation SMS is sent from Questroom AB.

CANCELATIONS

A game session can be canceled or rebooked to another date free of charge no later than 24 hours before the start of the session via the link provided in the confirmation SMS. If you cancel your reservation later than 24 hours prior to the game session start you will be charged an additional fee of 350SEK.

A corporate event can be rescheduled or canceled no later than 48 hours prior to the start of your event. If you cancel within 48 hours of your event, we may choose to send an invoice to your organization with a cost equal to 1 player per room you have reserved, to cover the cost of the staff we have scheduled for your event.

PAYMRNY METHODS

Questroom AB currently accepts the following payment methods: You may choose to pay on the spot using a debit, credit card (including American Express) or SWISH.

Corporate clients may choose to pay with an invoice. All the necessary information should be provided in the booking or in a separate email prior to the start of the game session.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
